It is important to us that you like itgoes products as much as we do. If for one reason or another you need to exchange or return a product, we offer a 30-day exchange and return right for all products purchased from the itgoes online store. In order for us to accept your return, the products must be in their original condition and packaging and unused. General return instructions and conditions
If you want to return the product you ordered, inform us about your return to info@itgoes.fi. In the message, state the order number and the products you are returning.
Pack the products in the original condition and packaging in the delivery bag you received and put on the return label that we have sent with the order. Take the return to the nearest Post office and keep the delivery receipt.
Failure to pick up the order
Please note that not picking up the order is not in accordance with our return conditions. In this case, the order will be returned to the sender. For non-pickup, we charge a fine of €20 for the processing and delivery costs caused by the order.
Defective or incorrect products
If the product you ordered is defective or you have received the wrong product, contact our customer service immediately and we will fix it as quickly as possible.
Changing the product
We do not offer direct exchange between products. You can exchange by returning the original product you ordered and then placing a new order for the product you want.
Credit
When we have received and processed your return, you will be notified by email. If we accept the return, we will make a refund using your original payment method. If you return the entire order, we will also refund the shipping costs.
Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to appear in your account. If the refund does not appear within 14 days, contact us.
